We invite you to enjoy an authentic wine experience: our tastings guided by Pietro, our professional sommelier, in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our wine cellar.
A sensory journey through aromas and flavours, to discover the excellence of selected wines and the traditions of the territory.

The experience includes:

• Tasting of 5 selected wines
  2 white wines - fresh and aromatic
  2 red wines - structured and intense
  1 sparkling wine - elegant and lively
• Paired with amuse bouche prepared by our Chef Daniele.
• Expert guidance from our Sommelier, with explanations of tasting techniques, wine characteristics and trivia from the world of wine.
• Visit to the hotel's small wine cellar.

The addition of a sweet wine paired with fine Swiss chocolate is possible for an extra charge of €15 per person.

From December 2023, the hotel will organise a shuttle service to La Thuile (winter to the cableways and heli-ski base, and summer with pack lunches at the start of the trails to Lake Arpy and the Ruitor waterfalls) and to Valgrisanche (winter to the heli-ski base) on request.
