The restaurant, very appreciated also by the external clientele, is typical and charming. It also has a large terrace outdoor with a beautiful view over the village of Dolonne where, in summer, it is possible to have breakfast and dinner.
The menu, which changes every season, is perfect to discover the authentic flavors of our territory, exalting the D.O.P. products of Aosta Valley, first of all the Fontina; it is simple, Italian and offers typical dishes revisited with balance.
Our convivial dishes – raclette, fondue bourguignonne and fondue savoyarde – must be booked in advance.
The wine list includes over 150 labels. We did not want to include wines from other Alpine regions because we believe that the level of Aosta Valley’s wines is equal or superior and we are proud to promote them.
Due to its characteristics of typicality and genuineness, the SAVEURS DU VAL D’AOSTE brand has been awarded by the Aosta Valley Region to our restaurant.
Hotel guests who stay at least three nights and have dinner every night receive a 15% discount on food.
In some low season periods the restaurant is closed: we kindly ask our customers to inquire when booking.
