On request the hotel can arrange a guided tour (with optional barbecue) in the wild Val Sapin. Accompanied by the hotel owners or their appointed guides, guests can visit the family’s mountain hut, built immediately after the war to service a small slate quarry, now in disuse.

The hut has been kept as it was. Now it’s a refreshment point during many mountain trail races.
